Shipping policy

Shipping: Shipping times vary, depending upon what item(s) you order. We occasionally have items in stock, but typically we make them when you order them. In stock items ship within 1 week. If you order a personalized item, it takes about 3 weeks. Customized wallets and leather items usually take 4 weeks.

If you need something for a specific date or event, please let us know by emailing us at info@bucketbrigadeusa.com, and we will do what we can to get it to you in time.

You will receive an email with tracking information the day it ships. If you didn't get an email confirming your purchase, we probably don't have the correct email. Please email us with your correct email, and we will send your order confirmation and tracking information.
