Shipping & Returns


Shipping:  Shipping times vary, depending upon what item(s) you order. We occasionally have items in stock, but typically we make them when you order them. In stock items ship within 1 week. If you order a personalized item, it takes about 3 weeks. Customized wallets and leather items usually take 4 weeks. If you need something for a specific date or event, please let us know by emailing us at info@bucketbrigadeusa - we will do what we can to get it to you in time.

You will receive an email with tracking information the day it ships. If you didn't get an email confirming your purchase, we probably don't have the correct email. Please email us with your correct email, and we will send your order confirmation and tracking information.

Returns:  Our return policy is pretty standard. If you buy something and don't like it, send it back. If the item is personalized, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. If the item is customized, we will not issue a refund. If we have made an error, we will correct it. If you receive one of our items as a gift, and it is not personalized or customized, you may return it for a store credit, or we can issue a refund the purchaser. 

If you return the item within 30 days, we will be happy to give you a refund. If you return it after 30 days, but before 90 days, we will give you a store credit. If its after 90 days, we'll address that on an individual basis. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days using the same payment-type used for the purchase.
