Returns & Refunds

 

Our return policy is pretty standard. If you buy something and don't like it, send it back. If the item is personalized, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. If the item is customized, we will not issue a refund. If we have made an error, we will correct it. If you receive one of our items as a gift, and it is not personalized or customized, you may return it for a store credit, or we can issue a refund the purchaser. 

If you return the item within 30 days, we will be happy to give you a refund. If you return it after 30 days, but before 90 days, we will give you a store credit. If its after 90 days, we'll address that on an individual basis. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days using the same payment-type used for the purchase. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. If you have any questions, please email us at info@bucketbrigadeusa.
